Rules of decorum
Villa Taha’a is a villa of owners, we live there year-round and only rent it occasionally, so we will ask you to rent it as “good fathers” and take care of it like we can do it on a daily basis.
• For the comfort of all, our guests will be invited to smoke outside
• Animals are not allowed
• For reasons of comfort and insurance, we can not accept more than 8 people during the stay.
° Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties will not be allowed.
Confirmation of your reservation :
Upon receipt of your request, an estimate and a lease will be sent to you and an option will be put on your dates. You will then have 8 days to confirm your reservation by returning the signed contract and the payment of the deposit (25%), either by E-mail and bank transfer or by mail.
Payment of the balance of your reservation:
The balance of your booking and the deposit must be received no later than 8 days before your arrival.
Your welcome on site:
We invite you to contact us at least 8 days before the date of your arrival to organize your reception the day of your arrival.
Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures before 11 am.
Terms of cancelation :
o Cancellation more than 90 days before the beginning of the stay: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
o Cancellation between 60 and 90 days before the start of the stay: 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
o Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the paid deposit will be returned.
o Cancellation less than 30 before the beginning of the stay: The deposit will be kept in full.
